[s-cars] In search of more information regarding the "8FB second battery" code.

I recently found a resource that allows decoding of the build tags in your UrS trunk or warranty
 maintenace book.  Not very much that is interesting.  However, there is one curious thing,  the "8FB
 second battery".  Apparently the UrS (at least the UrS4s) could be ordered with a second (dual)
 battery set-up, presumably for cars that were going to live in harsh climates (with no plug-ins), e.g.
 northern Canada, Sweden, Siberia (lol).  Anybody have a car with this option (8F8 code on the 
build tag)? Maybe somebody in VT or NH? or MT or CO??
