[s-cars] Looking for 92 spec build date and features info

Steve:  I guess you don't remember Emre Washburn (YumyJaeger) on AudiWorld (and sometimes, 
here.)  His 92 S4 had the "tuna can" cam sensor in a can.  SO, they are out there in North America,
 probably not many, but some.  (BTW - I need to send you a hitch email).
