[s-cars] UrS as a Purpose Built Track Car?

Most inspectors will require the kiddie seats to be pulled before signing
off on tech. I agree they're in there well enough (if properly installed) to
not be an issue, but then again I wouldn't want one suddenly flying around
the interior.
