[s-cars] UrS as a Purpose Built Track Car?

I've seen pretty much the exact same thing- UrS4 keeping up with a 944 turbo
Cup car. Says a lot about the drivers, nothing about the cars.

I've also had a 200q20v keep up with a 996tt. And I'm not fast.
