[s-cars] CPS Question

With those tests complete, and the comments on the ignition switch present, replacing ignition switch would be my next move. Those switches can cause all sorts of misdiagnosed electrical gremlins. And if heat cracked, can cause intermittent contact on the ecu power.
Too much fun!

Subject: Re: [s-cars] CPS Question
'93 ECU installed with no change. [sigh] Car cranks but no start. Still no CEL
when ignition switched on. Boost gauge stuck on 0.2. I reinstalled '92 ECU and
now immediately after I crank it and release the key, I get three flashes/beeps
of the oil pressure warning from the Autocheck, then it goes away. WTF?!?
Just for grins I applied 12V directly to the fuel pump to confirm it runs and I
hear fuel flowing back to the tank. Also tried starting with MAF disconnected.
Could this be caused by the ignition switch? I replaced the electrical part
several months ago due to what feels like a reluctance to return all the way
after starting, but that feeling persists. It returns, but I get the feeling I
could engage the starter if I turned it forward again. I usually just nudge it
back slightly until it feels like the starter lockout is active.
How about ECU grounds? I checked the grounds on the head and they all look/feel
good. I guess I'll go poke around with my DMM before calling it a night...
