[s-cars] URS as a track car

The C5 Corvette idea is seconded- full T1 suspension, while maybe not the
best setup, is pretty cheap and works pretty well. All you need is a
rollcage and associated safety equipment and you're set to go.
Desirable mods- high capacity radiator, ZR1 hubs/bearings, brake ducting.
Get a square wheel setup and you can reduce your tire expenditures.
