[s-cars] Was "whoosh" now searching for boost leak

Hi folks,

 

Thanks to all who responded to the "Whoosh." thread. I checked out the boost
(haven't turned on the gauge for a while) and am only achieving 17psi under
WOT. So the question is, what is leaking?

 

Does anyone have a write up or point me to one, which includes a DIY
pressure tester. Thanks. I've checked over the hoses and clamps and all look
OK (except for the replaced intake hose).

 

Are there any sneak places to look for?

 

For the record, the patient has MRC Stage 2 with VMAP, new intake hose, MAF
(used), BPV, spark plugs, Samco Michelin Man, non-leaking turbo to x-pipe
hose, metal x-pipe.
