[s-cars] Blower motor replacement by Gary Martin

These are the instructions I've used to replace mine couple of weeks ago. I had no real issues following the steps, and was able to get the job done with out building the contraption shown in the pdf :) Boy...was it fun! Now that it's done I could not be happier though, blower is nice and quiet, all works and I haven't broken anything in a process ;)
