Konstantine:
Take your time with the 2 spring compressors, make sure that the threads are lubricated with some grease, and consider putting some duct tape or something else on the compressor jaws to protect the spring's coating. Put them on the spring on opposite sides of each other. I like to do this outside and never have either end of the spring pointing at me or a wall or obstruction in case something bad happens.
As to the sway bar bushings, the important thing is to have both sides of the swaybar free at the control arm, so that you are not fighting the torsion of the bar from the opposite side. - i.e. jack up and support both sides of the front end with jackstands.
Since it sounds like you are doing this yourself, it might be easier to have the swaybar free, replace both of the control arm sway bushings first then use a ratcheting strap to help get the sway bar close enough to the subframe to re install the subframe sway bar bolts.
