[s-cars] Porsche 993TT Big Red anti-squeal springs

Yup 993TT rotors and Ferodo DS2000's.

And yup, doin' the near panic stop thang.  Works until you get down to about
10,  Gonna try gooping on the springs first.

Of go back to HPS's. Didn't have squeal with them until the damn ECS
brackets cracked.
