When you replace the X-plug the pump can get air-bound and won't pump unless
you bleed out the air. Pump the brakes with the engine off to make sure the
bomb is discharged, and then push on the brake pedal as hard as you can,
start the engine, and let it run while keeping the brake pedal depressed.
This will bleed the air out through the brake servo into the reservoir.
