[s-cars] No Brake Assist

Scott and Chris were right!  I went looking on the ground and sure 
enough, there were the cap and spring.  I never saw them fly out during 
the 100 tries it took to get the cap back on, while compressing the 
spring and trying to turn the plug all with hydraulic fluid on my 
fingers.  I can't believe I found them.  Popped them back in and the 
problem is gone!
