[s-cars] Fan Clutch R+R

I do not know the size of the fan "nut" but I was successful on a clutched
fan with bicycle tools.  There are stamped, sheetmetal wrenches for bike
bottom brackets and headsets.  One of mine worked perfectly for a fan.
