I know that some have praised Apikol in their response to Wylie, but while I
think their kit (wires, etc) is well designed, all I really care about is
long term performance and if replacement parts are bulletproof. The 1.8
coils used in the Apikol "solution" in my experience failed a lot and were a
pain in the ass. I wish I had the money back from replacing all the failed
1.8 coils and from buying the Apikol kit. Because I ended up selling the
whole mess at a loss and swapping back to stock coils, thus paying twice.
I'd never recommend the Apikol kit to anyone. If I'd do it over again, I'd
have saved time, money and headaches and stuck with replacing with stock
coils and not screwing around with Apikol at all. And that's exactly what
I'd suggest you do.
My $0.02.
