[s-cars] Rear brake caliper and park brake cables

Given that the problem with 'vintage' Audi rear calipers (which all seem to
suffer from same issue) is multi-dimensional (three separate failure modes
can and do occur: cables, pins, cam/shaft) I always do extra-prep/rehab
before tossing rebuilts on. Pull the parking brake cam/lever thingy out and
gob the gap fulla HT grease, inject grease into the rubber bellows at the
end of the cable, not to mention the guide pins... basically do everything
possible to lube and waterproof every gap you can find. This might be too
much fussing for Ron but it's the only thing I've found that keeps your
brakes free and working for long periods and AFAIC it's a proven solution.
Just tossing cheap rebuilts in dry, IME, gives you about 12-18 months before
you might have problems again. BTDT.
