[s-cars] S-cars.org down? gone? say NO!

Don't worry Dave.  It's having a little indigestion the last day or
two but I am trying to get it sorted.  It is sometimes there,
sometimes not...  hosting issue.
Now that *I* am mostly done with my move to the Minneapolis area I
hope to finally be able to get the site moved over to the new format
on the new host.

S-CARS will live on... and soon to have that "new car" smell as well.  ;-)
