[s-cars] South Philly repair facility needed

Taka can chime in on Woodlawn Motors whom did the PPI on my UrS. Definitely
knowledgable techs, reasonable enough prices to keep Taka going back to
them. Not sure what side of Philly they're on, since I really don't know
Philly well enough and all I did was follow along.
