What the hell??
There are two pedals down there. Can you guys keep it straight which
is which?
If there is something called a brake slave cylinder it is in the
calipers at each wheel.
Pentosin makes brake fluid also and coolant, but how about identifying
what fluid
you are talking about.
If it is indeed the fluid usually called Pentosin on this list, that
would be hydraulic
fluid that operates the brake booster in the area you have a leak.
Since the brake master cylinder reservoir is reported needing topping
off frequently
(with brake fluid I hope, not Pentosin hydraulic fluid) then the most
likely is the CLUTCH
MASTER CYLINDER or the hose leading to it from the brake master
cylinder reservoir.
This is probably not the ideal vehicle for transportation to the
airport, or especially back
since all the fluid will probably be gone, and the brakes could fail
at any time, not to
mention the possibility of pumping air into the brake lines and ABS
system for which you
will pay dearly for later., but, what the hell...
