See the following for a (brief) description of how to get to the V70/V85
flaps on UK cars:
http://www.audifans.com/pipermail/s-car-list/2008-February/065441.html
All done from inside the cabin.
The tray with the actuators on it is held in place with two black screws.
The red and blue arms are held in place with one silver screw each. After
undoing those four screws, the whole tray comes out. It's MUCH easier (i.e.
actually possible), if you remove the two large elbows first - you can see
what you're doing then.
Service all the motors while you have them out.
Good luck!
