Cool! FYI JB-Weld (at least the namesake product - now they have a whole
range and some of the crazy-gluish stuff could be cyano-something) is just a
filled epoxy. I like to mix up my own filled epoxy by buying quality goo
and then a selection of fillers (which was one of my suggestions), but
that's mainly because I’m a tinkerer who can't leave well enough alone -
obviously the JB recipe is proven. But it's good to know that JB is epoxy
because it tells you other things like Alcohol and Acetone are good cleanup
& prep solvents. The Acohol being safer because it is less likely to damage
the subtrate plastic piece, whatever it was made of (ABS?) Well done and
lets hope for the best.
