[s-cars] Strut Mounts 200tq20v

Are these cupped washers also used on the 93-95 C4 S4s?  I didn't have
them on my stock suspension, when I removed it, nor are they listed on
the Official Audi illustration.

Sounds like you forgot to put the cupped washers between the strut and
the underside of the mount.
