[s-cars] RS2 Turbo studs

It's for the head to the manifold and the clearance issue where they
collect. The manifold wont seal, or would get pinched, or you wouldnt be
able to turn down the nuts if it was wrong.. I cut all dozen or whatever of
mine the same shortness to make it aesthetically pleasing for myself, and
easier to turn in...
