Konstantine,
The tool isn't Audi spefic, there us no need to order/buy this tool.
In fact many auto parts stores like Auto Zone have a tool loaner program, do you
have one in your area?

PS I used needle nose pliers to retract mine ... it was hard, took awhile but I
did it.
After that I made sure to get the proper tool from my local Auto Zone.
