Sorry to hear you're having so many problems. Which fan failed? The clutch
fan or the electric one? Either way unfortunately it's unlikely to be
related to your running problems.

On the rear doors not opening from the inside- I haven't used them in a
looong time, and you may not be aware of it, but the rear doors do have
child locks- have you checked those? Having them set to the kiddy position
would explain why they don't work from the inside. I've had passengers
accidentally switch these when getting in or out of the car in the past.

Also, I should have at least one spare sunroof panel clip around if you
can't find yours- let me know.
