[s-cars] BBK parts accumulating

I've seen Boxster S brakes used without a spacer with Avus.  From what I 
recall, they weren't all that close.  The thing I like about the standard 
Boxster brakes I have is the availability of stardard US A8 rotors which are 
used with this kit.
