[s-cars] BBK parts accumulating

I've got the BIRA System 3 brakes, which are 996 calipers on euro A8 rotors.  I 
run them with the stock 16" Fuchs wheels on my UrS4.  I think the 16" Avus 
wheels have less clearance and need the spacer.

What size rotor? 996 calipers are bulky radially, that's why they're not
good for tight wheel clearances. They were never used with anything smaller
than a 17" wheel from Porsche.
