I was fixated on 323mm rotors from the A8L and the 322mm rotors that Porsche
uses for 993tt brakes (Big Reds). I forgot about the 314x30 setup- that
would be why you can run 16" wheels- that would move the caliper inward by
3mm, I guess that's enough, especially if that hat offset is such that you
can bring the brakes inboard without hitting the strut.
There is no 320mm option- I had a quasi-custom setup- BIRA S2 UFO.
