[s-cars] introduction and some beginner questions

We rented a C70 converto for a few weeks in Europe last summer.

Appalling and unexplainable massive turning radius.  Just horrific.
Particularly when trying to navigate parking in tight medieval European
towns... Makes even the best driver look like a Florida retiree doing a 17
point turn.
