Sorry, should also mention that you should shoot in RAW for the best image and
the link is not entirely work safe for a conservative office. (she is wear some
clothes)

Once you have the angle and light, do multiple shots at different exposures. You
should be able to stack (HDR) the images to draw out all of the detail and
contrast. Switching to B/W in Photoshop and adjusting the colors will usually
isolate certain details very well. (not the same subject but I used the same
process to get the writing on a model to pop

Depending how amount of reflection, harsh bare light should give you the best
detail. Diffusing the light will soften the shadow edges and may not give you
the sharp edge you need.

In addition to experimenting with lighting sources and angles, try using colored
filters, either on the light sources, or on the lens. Also, although this is a
bit of a stretch, try a polarizing filter on the lens.
