The FAQ in the RS2/S2/UrS4/UrS6 forum on Quattroworld.com has a list
of online sellers. There are no recommendations though, so you must
sort them out. They would not be listed if they were
really bad, but the prices and service varies. The Miramar Audi site
is only reliable if you use part #s. The catalog mixes A6/S6
indiscriminately. You would not pay dealer price for calipers even
discounted 30% or so.
This is the best price for new. I don't know who does their rebuilt,
but they answer the phone and will answer those kind of questions.
The other prices are competetive and shipping is at cost.

Don't say probably on the hoses. Those are the most important change
you can make. If you don't buy new carriers, buy the boot kit for the
pins. With either caliper choice, I would pack some extra grease in
the parking brake cam.

FAP99 is Tim LeClair who is a S4 owner and //SFest supporter. SJM and
most others can supply your needs if you call.
