[s-cars] NOT STARTING HELP NEEDED!!

Hello to everyone,

Need help with a resolution or any ideas of where to check.

Car 1993 s4.

The car started fine this morning with no hesitation at all.
Today when i go to leave work it turned over a few times and then...Nothing.
I have plenty of power, the light, radio, etc all come on and do not dim or
show signs of hesitation.

The connections at the terminals are very clean and very tight. But!, when I
turn the key nothing happens (the radio stays on, nothing dims etc..) and
there's no clicking sound coming from the starter like it's a weak battery.

Note: it is very cold and rainy here, could this cause a weak ground on the
starter or something similar. What should I start first?
