[s-cars] Ignition switch flake-out?

Patient is a 97 A6Q sedan. OEM ignition switch within the last couple years. Wife came home today and announced that the windows and locks don't work. I checked and the fuel gauge and temp gauge don't work also. Everything else in the IC works fine, and all lighting and switches in the console work. Radio and climate control works. I checked the circuit breakers for the window circuits in Aux Panel 1 under the hood and they are fine. Seems likely to be the ignition switch. Thoughts?
