[s-cars] Clutch Issues

For whatever reason, 95.5's are prone to T/O bearing failures. Clutch effort
gets much heavier than stock, and eventually something goes. You could have:
- A failed slave
- Broken clutch pedal. You can weld it or buy new- last time I checked ~$80.
- A broken actuator rod between the clutch pedal and the master.
Check the clutch effort on another S-car with a recent clutch job- if you
slam it into the floor on first try, your clutch is on borrowed time and
other stuff will break even if you fix the current issue.
