[s-cars] Urs4 radiator bleeding

FWIW, I did my heater plenum on my 200 on a hot day and just reseated the
whole heater box on the original seal as it was still good and sticky and
pliable. The key was the hot day.  Didn't leak in any capacity the entire
rest of the time I had the car (just about 6 years and prolly 70 - 80 K
miles) and that included northeast winters and springs.
