Tom,

My local NAPA didn't have the Breeze CT clamps in stock but they 
ordered some and had them in less than four hours later.  Nice 
clamps.  It looks and feels like I got it on suitably tight but I 
haven't tried climbing on it yet.  Just chicken I guess.

Thanks for the tip.
