[s-cars] Both Front wheels jacked up?

Guys,
 
I'm planning to install "Igorfied" camber plates and the recommendation
from the instructions is to have both front wheels off the ground. So,
the question is where does place the jack to get the stands on the
normal jack points? Also if one is raising both rear wheels off the
ground, where to jack up from for HRSB install?
