[s-cars] S6 Drivers Side Wiper

Fixed.
Bottom line: It appears that the new solid/closed wipers don't play well
with this car. I think the wiper needs to be able to move freely on the
arm and also have multiple points of mobility - like with the standard
open wipers.
I did also make sure the arm was straight and in the right shape - that
helped as well.
Thanks for the hints and tricks.

I'll guess the middle of your blade isn't wiping the windshield, BTDT.
The arm itself is bent, if you remove it from your car and hold a
straight edge against it you can verify.
There are two solutions, straighten your arm or replace it.
I straightened mine and it worked perfectly for ~2 years before it bent
again at which time I replaced mine with new.

Hi list and hope you had a great Christmas weekend.
Both my S6 sedan and avant - on the driver's side, the wiper
began no
longer properly contacting the windshield.
Is this potentially the springs in the arm becoming weak? And if
so, any
btdt in improving the situation - without bending the arms
themselves?
Thanks,
Vittorio -
