[s-cars] RS2 intake cam was Consolidated 7A, 3B, AAN, ABY and ADU camshaft info

After reading that info it seems that in the applications were we are
making an RS2 from a AAN or 3B we should be advancing the intake cam 10
deg.

Is everyone doing that?  Is anyone doing that?
