A couple bits of input.
The 2.0t can be reliably chipped without a new turbo, gains are in the 40hp
range. In an effort to further foil tuners the 2.0t turbo is built into the
exhaust manifold. APR just released a K04 kit that uses euro S3 parts for a
nice 116hp and 113lb/ft output boost (brings it to 313hp, 367lb/ft on 93
octane) for a reasonable $3200 including software.
HPA sells a few different levels of Haldex controller, and also it's fairly
easy to do a manual controller where you can adjust torque split with a
knob. With a stepper motor controller and some electronics knowledge you can
do it yourself, or buy one from SQS (among others).
