Why must you post this stuff, Peter?  138K cashmere wagon for $5500?   
Oh, the anguish you bring to this list.

It does appear to have open headrests;  difficult to tell for sure  
from the photos, and the drivers seat bolster
foam is broken and the leather looks a little rough on the bolster.   
The rest looks pretty good from what can
be seen in the small photos.

I can't see a cigarette lighter on the center console or clearly see  
which radio it has.  That would make a
difference on how easy any upgrade would be.

I'm trying to figure out what that is sticking out of the bumper on  
the right side.  And, are the grills in place?

Certainly looks well enough kept for a $5500 car.
