I would recommend pulling the under tray first, since it's going to drop
down as soon as you pull the bumper.
Once that's done, generally, you need to remove the center grille before you
can pull the smaller, side grilles. If you have a front plate mount, you
might have to pull that before the center grille will come out.
Once all the grilles are out of the way, pull the 2 allen bolts.
To release the sides, press down on the back corner of the bumper to release
it from the upper part of the clip and then rotate it out. Once the upper
clip is clear, you can pull it out of the lower.
Once everything is loose per the above, it's a lot easier if you use 2
people to remove the bumper from the car. It's not really that heavy, just
awkward. If you don't have 2 people, put down a heavy blanket so you don't
scratch it if you drop it.
