Abe:

Since your HID's are OEM, did you try FAP99.com  or German Auto Parts?  That
Xenarc bulb is pretty well known and should not cost so much as $280.

I use Daniel Stern for all my lighting needs, he's a specialist and well
known.  I would not be used bulbs though..
