Subject: Re: [s-cars] Replacement car for urs4
Automatic and all I love my A8 on H&R coilovers. It'll run circles around a lot of much more "sporty" cars, comfy as can be, looks GREAT, plenty of room, very nice on road trips, not horrible fuel economy (26mph on the highway, less around town but mostly because I love the V8 torque a bit too much).
Another option would be to buy a fresher urS that somebody has recently put a bunch of work into and wants to bail out of.
The only VAG product I'd buy newer than a D2 A8 would be an A3q DSG 2.0t and that's only because, as Clarkson would put it, I have a 'crisis' every time I click up a gear in a modded DSG car.
