Stebro tricks you into using paypal or western union instead of your credit card. No refund is possible. I used paypal, and, as usual, paypal played dumb and claimed to not understand what the problem is. Stebro I feel sorry for (a little) - paypal I would nuke from orbit and laugh.

They have the "budget" to advertise all over the place (every and I do mean
*every* major and minor automotive magazine has their logo'd classified ad),
whereas the reasonable and intelligent
houses (Force 5, Adirondack, Double Z) don't, so they're name is out there.
They're reasonably
local to me, but I've never had the bother to do more than a cursory check
out of their stock
when I've needed something. So, no, my entire knowledge of their facility is
from web pictures. I too have had rather rudely dealt with phone calls with
them.
I'd much rather travel over 2 hrs (to save shipping) to Double Z and deal
with a good guy, than 1 hr to Shokan.
However, I will have to admit, when they had a showroom for used cars in
Kingston, (years ago) it was my first time sitting in an UrS on the showroom
floor that first sprung my interest in UrS's (I was in HS at thet time, and
no, they wouldn't dream of letting me take her out). Unfortunately for them,
by the time I started really playing with Audi's, I had already learned of
they're rep, so it never became business for them from me.

Very sad to report that the Stebro company, a once very well-regarded manufacturer of quality stainless steel exhaust systems has turned into a glorified con. You send them money, and what they send you, *3 months* later, is useless garbage. My mechanic, one of the best Audi mechanics in the country, George Ritchey, proprietor of German Motors in Tahoe City, CA, says that maybe, just maybe, he can modify the parts they sent to fit, but he is not at all confident. The parts are stupid bad, e.g. slip joints made from two different sizes of pipe. (!!!!) Bends are wrong, etc. etc. I wasted $1600 on this crap.

Randy,
sad to hear about your experience; I would NOT let the mechanic modify the exhaust in any way.
Document the product that was delivered with photographs and videos and contact Stebro
demanding a refund.
If that doesn't work contact the credit card company you used for payment and dispute the charges.
Sending them a complaint?of the extremely poor quality and long time frame for manufacture along with
a written statement from?your mechanic that the exhaust is of poor quality and not up to Stebro's standards,
with the photos and?videos that you took.
I would also recommend you find photos of the good quality exhaust systems Stebro advertises which?
can be compared to the photos of the system they sent you.
I the expect your credit card issuer would issue a refund.
?
Good luck
Chris

Problem solved! Wanted to update you all in case this helps someone else along the way...
I initially thought the problem was the S64 Ignition (coil power) Thermal Breaker, since I took it out, openend it up and saw a small spot on the contacts, well this was nothing compared to what I later found on the S72.
I had initially replaced the S64, but it did not solve the problem, when I started to diagnose the symptoms further I decided to take a look at the S72 which sits two slots over from the S64. Well the carbon build up or what ever was on the contacts did not look good! I replaced it with a 15 Amp fuse and no more problems! running stronger than ever!!!
I've updated my Picasa folder with S64 Thermal Breaker and two shots of the S72 inards at the end so you can see the state of the contacts.
https://picasaweb.google.com/jamujamu/AudiUrSS64IgnitionBreakerS72FuelInjectorBreaker?authuser=0&feat=directlink
Some further technical info that helped me in troubleshooting
From: http://www.sjmautotechnik.com/trouble_shooting/ecuf20v.html#fcs4
1992-93 S4: The Bentley shows S72 (15 Amp Thermal Breaker) with BL (blue) and BK/R (Black with red stripe) wires for supplying +12V to the Fuel Injectors. (1995 S6 shows the use of S116 breaker with the same wiring colors) It appears that the same wiring colors were used on the later S6 vehicles, but double check the wiring diagram for your specific year.
If the S72 thermal breaker was failing, then this would explain why my engine was dying and why I could have full fuel pressure but no start condition. It's the exact same type of thermal breaker as the S64, which would cause similar results (engine dying - no start).
The injectors are energized by the J17 Fuel Pump Relay (via a 15 amp fuse (S72) and controlled as to timing of the injector opening and duration of that opening by the ECU, as shown here:
http://12v.org/urs/engine%20map/20441.phtml
Good explination of the C4 UrS Fuel Injector Wiring with Updates: http://forums.quattroworld.com/s4s6/msgs/90802.phtml
Thank you!
Cheers, /Jamu

Patient: 93 UrS4
Conditions: Car dies shortly after running for a few minutes. Car restarts fine, but won't keep running more than a few minutes!
Driving back from the store on Saturday the car just died on the road... waited 15 min and she started again, and then died again right after. After 1 hr car started and I made it home (not far). Today I can't make it down the street.
Only change I can think of was that I put a can of Seafoam in the gas tank a few days ago with only 30 litres (6.6 gallons) of gas. Could the Seafoam be causing this problem?
Diagonstic Notes: I have good fuel pressure, no missfires.
All I can think of is the Seafom was put in without enough gas? or bad gas... but the car doesn't run ruff or anything when it's running. I don't get it...
/Jamu

Randy,
Sorry to hear of your experience. I have a Stebro exhaust from the cats
back and have had no problems. I live not far from their facility - they
charged me $1055 (cash) inc installation.
