[s-cars] Tire wear/suspension help needed

Wylie,

With the localized wear, I'm thinking that the alignment is not the 
issue, but I should have mentioned that it will be done, too, as a first 
shot precautionary/investigatory effort while waiting on the mounts. I 
expected to see something worn on the control arms, but nothing was 
evident, which is why I am scratching my head.
