Rats. Get what you pay for. We'll we shall shee. They're Nexen CP641. Maybe
he'll get lucky. Not my car. Just hope he doesn't dump car off the blue ridge
parkway later this month. Those tires should keep his speed down any way:)
Its only a budget car when you buy em cheap.

Had/Have Nexen 3000's on the kids' '04 A4q USP. Definitely no fun in
the twisties; got to shut it down and keep close to the speed limit.
They will take a set in a sweeper, but transitions are just plain bad.
Scary in the wet, too...but he doesn't see much of that in San Diego.
Picked up a set of Riken Raptor's in a wheel deal and shipped two out ot
him for his car after one Nexen was trashed in his wreck. With Raptor's
up front and Nexen's in the rear, a surprising degree of improvement.
Now that he's home, the other two Raptor's will go on. Not that they're
great, but at least they feel safer than the Nexen's.
Sorry, Mike. Tell him to be careful with them. S4 = budget car????
