[s-cars] Canadian Grand Prix Rebroadcast (no spoilers)

Having not watched (forgot to set DVR for local channel instead of speed, recording today's re-broadcast) I had no idea it rained. Usually theres quite a good bit of excitement build up to see if that rain is going to come or not, it's a pretty major part of the plot. I mean it's just a race, no big deal and I've already accidentally seen the winner, but if the heading says no spoilers than the post really shouldn't include any details about the race that happened after the track went cold at the end of qualifying.

Not sure what the spoiler was.   Great race, exciting finish, other than the rain delay, it could be the advert that any promoter would use to sell tickets to an event....

    Agree, it was a great race, with an exciting finish.  Glad we stayed for it,
    as we were contemplating leaving after 1 hour of rain delay.  Ponchos FTW,
    although Marc had a "swimming pool" in his pants from the people in front's
    umbrella draining onto his boy parts.  Too much invested to leave without
    holding out for a couple of hours, though.

    This weekend made me wonder, though, why have full wet tires if you're going
    to keep the safety car out 90% of the time the drivers are on them?

    I can check "F1 race run in rain" off the list, and it's not something I'm
    sure I'd want to do again, not that rain would keep me away.

    Off to make sure DVR is programmed via internets.
