[s-cars] Driveshaft CV joint removal.....

Jim-

You need at least a two leg puller-- the one I used is a German made 
one that has the two pulling arms slide along the top T of the 
puller.  I did mine under the car so I am sure you can do yours with 
it off the car.  The old joint is very resistant but it does pull-- 
mine broke out the bearing cup because I applied the force on it- but 
the whole joint did come off.  The new one will also be stiff to 
install-- it took some hard tapping with a plastic hammer--it is far 
from a slip fit.
