[s-cars] brakes assist failure

If the booster is bad the brakes will require a LOT of effort but will work, if the MC is bad they typically "leak down"
as fluid goes by the seals.  You can also pull the MC off the booster and look for leaks.

Had an MC go bu never had a booster fail on a Type 44, did have a booster failure on the 95.5 S6, what a freaking pain
to replace (and $$$ too!).
