[s-cars] brakes assist failure

My 95 S6 booster failed by leaking internally so I lost most assist but
the pedal didn't drop to the floor. I'd go with the MC if the pedal
drops to the floor its because the brake fluid bypasses the old/stiff
seals. Pumping manages to trap some fluid and get things going.
